DRIFTING: Part 3
What does it mean to drift off to sleep spiritually, and how do we recognize when it is happening to us? This message takes us on a journey through the warning found in Hebrews 2:1, where we are reminded that if we do not listen carefully to the truth we have heard, we risk drifting away from it entirely. The danger is not always dramatic or sudden. Often it is quiet, gradual, and almost unnoticeable until we find ourselves far from where we started. We live in a time when truth is more accessible than ever, yet familiarity can breed a kind of spiritual numbness that leaves us vulnerable. The message challenges us to ask honestly whether we are truly engaging with what we know, or simply going through the motions of faith while slowly drifting toward the edge.
